Light and Night CBT Now Open – Welcome, Designers!

Dear Designer,

The Light and Night Closed Beta Test officially launches at 11:00 AM (GMT+7) on May 20, 2026. To ensure a smooth and exciting journey in Guangqi City, please take note of the important information below!

INSTALLATION GUIDE

For iOS:

  1. Download the TestFlight app from the App Store.
  2. Access the download link for the Closed Beta Test version for iOS via email.

  1. Accept the terms and proceed to download the game.

For Android:

  1. Access the download link for the Closed Beta Test version for Android via email.
  2. You will be redirected to Google Play, where you can download the game.

Note: After the Closed Beta Test ends, please uninstall the CBT version of Light and Night from your device (Android/iOS) to avoid any issues with the official release.

RESOLVING GAME DOWNLOAD ISSUES

If you encounter an error during the game download process, please follow these steps:

  1. Close the application completely.
  2. Turn on screen recording and capture the error you experience.
  3. Send the video along with the following information to the Operations Team via the official Customer Support channel:
    1. Country
    2. Device
    3. Connection type (Wi-Fi/4G)
    4. Error description
    5. Video file name (Ex: VN – iPhone 13 Pro Max – Wi-Fi – 99% loading error – video: 20250410_080635000_iOS)

The Support Team will review and respond as soon as possible.

Note: Light and Night only provides support through the official Customer Support system and does not accept assistance requests via external channels such as Facebook, Zalo, LINE, WeChat, Discord, etc.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE CLOSED BETA TEST (CBT)

  • All character data will be wiped after the CBT and will not carry over to the official release.
  • Some content, visuals, and features in the CBT may differ from the official release.
  • This is a test version and does not represent the final quality of the product.
  • Please follow our official channels for the latest updates.
